So I had 2 appointments you called me at 07.50 and left a vm saying that my appointment had been cancelled with out telling me which one. And I called back at like I was requested at 08.10, I requested to be held in Q and for a call back..... this came at 09.22, and when I asked which appointment was cancelled I was told...... we only have 1 appointment for you, which I replied well if you tell me which one it is I will then know which one is cancelled .... like talk about pulling teeth, if the previous lady had said, you appointment at x time or your appointment for your smart had been cancelled you wouldn't of wasted an hour or if my day not knowing what I could do. As it happens I could of fitted in another appointment but by the time you called me back it was too late.

Your booking system is awful, how is someone with a full time job able to book an appointment as you are told to ring at 8, I start at 7, then you may or may not get an appointment, why for the love of god can we not book in advance? Why can't we book appointments online, why do reception staff who are unqualified tell you when you need an appointment and when you don't, I was told I couldn't see my doctor because you had no record of me having asthma, therefore it wasn't urgent, so I had to use a friend's inhaler and buy one from the chemist. Reception staff obviously don't know that asthma can kill
