Always queue on phone and also too many instructions at start of message on phone line. Should be able to book online as we used to do . Some receptionists excellent and some not. Re surgery - lots of posters everywhere! Maybe look at amount of information on display. Toby - nurse- excellent. Realise everyone works hard and under pressure.
