Had a blood test for a bad foot ?? !!! Waiting 7 weeks so far for a referral letter from doctor to Benenden. Also waiting for an x Ray appointment to come through too all before doctor will write a referral letter. Can't get an appointment with doctor for love nor money. Doesn't help she only works 3 days !!!!

Been with surgery almost 3 yrs. Never had to see a doctor until now but just cannot get an appointment. Tried 3 times one week to be told no appointments left.....gave up after that and just suffer with symptoms
