NB apptmt was at Old Town, not Little Common. Everything with appointment was fine, booking online etc., nurse lovely (although I had to ask her what the test was for). VERY easy to get an appointment via text link. Unable to get appointments online. Wanted to make an appointment to see the Doctor, told to ring at 0800 next day This is difficult for all sorts of reasons but very frustrating when I'm actually standing in the surgery. This 0800 phone in is a lottery and very frustrating.

Make it easier to make an appointment to see a Doctor. I e not just 0800 next morning.
