Getting an appointment is always very difficult. It used to be so much easier when you could book on the app.

Waiting times are always a bit long. I had a 10:30 appointment, so arrived just before 10:25 but wasn’t called in until 10:50. Once I was in I was treated with great respect, everything was fully explained to me and I was able to ask questions.
