Patients are asked to call at 8AM for an appointment. I was on the phone for an hour waiting to get through. Once I got through the appointments were gone for the day. Another thing is you get advised to see a pharmacist then when I did I got told I need to see the Dr. When I rang to make an appointment the receptionist said it sounded like an on going problem. It was only on going cos I didn't see the Dr straight away.

Suggested improvements
Patients need to see the Dr not the pharmacist. When I told the pharmacist the receptionist sent me there she said they send everyone there she doesn't understand why. Also the booking system needs to be changed. We should be able to get an appointment when we need it. I've left seeing the Dr as I can't get an appointment so suffer in silence I'm sure I'm not the only one. We can't even book in advance?
