I entered surgery then out within 5 minutes for blood test. That’s great. Not really necessary to dicuss about blood test. Friendly nurse just said it was to test Amidarone that I took. Receptionist was helpful when I was annoyed with letter from Conquest Hospital for giving me a date for telephone consultation but I am Deaf and cannot receive or to call back to hospital. The receptionist agreed and she would pass on my copy of letter and note. Same day I receved a new appointment date from hospital!

Suggested improvements
None! But Hospital is the problem as they were always not aware of my deafness & my needs. They refused to accept “Sign Live” a telephone service for the Deaf. I used it a lot when contacting GP surgery which is great and easy for Deaf people.
