It is very different to get past your receptionist you always have to have to wait for a telephone call even if you feel you need attention that day. Also sending a photo and talking over the phone you can't possibly know how the patient feels mentally ie worried or even upset.

Suggested improvements
Most times I have been happy with your services but last Friday having tested for COVID-19 and having Antiviral tables last year to help me . I contacted NHS 111 and the nurse said she was referring me to my GP ring the surgery in 10 minutes, which I did. The person I spoke to was very pleasant and tried to help but having been told by her there was no mention of me previously having the Antiviral tables last year when I had COVID,they could do nothing for me. I should have been able to talk to a doctor as the medication has to be given within 4days of testing positive. NHS told me that they had contacted you about giving me the Antiviral tables last year so it should be on my records.
