This was a planned 10 yearly health check. Getting the appointment was easy but the experience at and subsequent to the appointment was a little contradictory. I felt as if major decisions were being asked of me without giving the time or enough information to make them. My summary booklet was sparsely completed. I had to ring to clarify the situation concerning follow up tests and their timescale.
