If you explain what you want the appointment for is and you are polite and pleasant , you can usually get what you want or something reasonably close to it

The computer check when you arrived wasn’t working, neither the nurse or the receptionist could answer a query on my eligibility for a bowel cancer check now that I was over 76, which i r found disappointing but , apart from that the actual blood test was excellent .
