By telephone the wait can be very long. This is too long for elderly people or those with special needs. It would be good if a priority service could be introduced for those who need/deserve it. The call back feature is useful for this purpose.

The appointment yesterday was first class. I logged in using the touch pad, waited 30 seconds, was seen (routine blood test) and left within 5 minutes.
