Is it easy to get an appointment (either by telephone and/or at the surgery)? Sadly no, the area that the surgery covers has doubled with patients so therefore it’s become harder to see or speak to a Doctor on the day. We need another surgery or a bigger surgery that can accommodate the influx of new builds to the area!! The staff do as much as than can to help everyone. The telephone system at times has proven faulty with patients on hold for 30mins or longer, which then leads to no appointments.
