The call back system worked well although it took over 30 minutes to work through the queue. The appointment was for a blood test. Had to wait well beyond the appointment time but only because the nurse took great care and consideration of her clients.

Suggested improvements
Move the surgery to somewhere patients can park or ask staff to park further away and free up the private parking area. Would putting pressure on the council to restore the free parking in the public car park encourage shop workers taking up the road outside, or ask the council to make it a 2 hour maximum parking road.
