I received a message to book a blood test, I phoned and was booked in within a week for a day/time that suited both. The receptionist was very helpful, polite and happy did a great job. My blood test appointment was on the 20/Aug/24 @ 11:30 and I was seen very near to that time. A lovely gentleman (I think Adam) saw me, again he was very professional and welcoming he reassured me that it may not be as bad as I was thinking especially as I learnt that he had been a phlebotomist. They are the only people who are able to find a vein first attempt. So I was extremely relieved and grateful not to have endured lots of attempts. He also advised/confirmed that by drinking as much water as possible the night before and prior to appointment will help them to find the veins easier, which I have duly noted and will do in the future.
