The Receptionists, and two in particular are very impolite and unhelpful

From the very beginning of signing up to LC surgery, I was allocated Dr Stocks, who's behaviour is very cold, dismissive, inpolite, and medically challenging. I immediately asked to be given another Dr, which was refused Over the last 3 years, I have spoken to many other local residents who have had exactly the same experience with Mr Stocks. I find this to be very worrying.......
