You can’t get through on the phone without spending 20/30 minutes in a queue. You can’t make appointments by going into the surgery. This situation is getting worse. Go back to how things were before Covid

Be able to see the Doctor. Not get him to phone us first and then if you are needing to be seen then go to the surgery. The time spent on the phone the doctor could have seen you and delt with you.
