At a very basic level I know how patient care can be greatly improved for patients who are waiting to see the practitioner - CHANGE THE CHAIRS IN THE WAITING ROOM. They are the most uncomfortable chairs ever and situated far too close to each other, by design it seems. I have back problems and these are exacerbated by having to sit on these chairs. If someone sits that closely next to you surely there are issues about being in such close contact with someone who may or may not have something infectious. I feel my personal space is invaded when I have to sit so closely to other people. Other surgeries have their chairs facing reception rather than us patients facing each other and so close together. Why cannot this be done at Little Common?
