The service is good but sometimes having to go though the receptionist and then given a phone appointment when you are having ongoing treatment is frustrating. It also seems silly to me that I’m going to the Detmatology Department at the Conquest, Hastings and yet you have a Dermatologist on site. I understand that your hands are tied because of funding.

Tying up the phone calls and appointments to make them run smoother.
