The nurse who took my blood sample was amazing. Very helpful, friendly, professional and made me feel relaxed and welcome. She was lovely.

It can often be difficult to get gp appointments on the day or at convenient times and it is often the case that you have to call at 8am to get an appointment for the following day and can take ages to get through as the phone lines as so busy at that time.
