Share review of Little Common Surgery

I am 65 years old and I have had many doctors & surgeries in my lifetime. Little Common Surgery, for me, is the best practice that I've ever been registered with. I am very happy with the service that I get from the receptionists, the nurses, the back room staff and the doctors. This surgery is very well managed, is always clean and the staff are very friendly.

I have not thought of a working solution but somehow stopping the 8 o'clock telephone rush to arrange appointments? I'm sure that this is a problem with most surgeries though and I'm sure that the staff have considered alternatives.
