Receptionists not always as helpful as they should be, but this is improving. Access could be better. Not a problem for me personally, but I feel for people with mobility problems struggling through 2 sets of double doors. I wouldn't know how this could be improved other than making the whole entrance area bigger/wider which would make the waiting room smaller.
