Gained appt today - only phoned on. Some unavoidable delay - doctor was apologetic.
Surgery was extremely busy - yet patients were not hurried in consultation.

No one could have had more care or attention.
The doctor listened, questioned and caring.

Informative was clear and helpful - condition.
Considerate time was spent with both nurse and doctor.
No sense of hurry in spite of this being the day after a bank holiday.
I am just grateful for the care shown.
