Receptionist are always friendly and helpful.
I would find it was helpful if the surgery was open evenings and Saturday mornings for nurse appt and doctor appointments as I work.

I am always saying how very fortunate we are in Bedfford/ Lever because the care and attention we receive from both surgeries is excellent, and daries the reports we hear about the NHS.
The receptionist are so pleasant and helpful, and I have complete faith in the advice and care we get from the doctors.
