No problems.
Excellent care!!
N.B might be nice to see a TV with subitles (or music) to improve the atmosphere in the waiting room!

Can never get an appointment always told to call on the day at 8 am however all appointments are always taken!\]
Very unhappy!
Has taken 4 days to get an emergency appointment for my child!

Dr Cooper- good manner with patients caring approach, thorough.
A fresh out look for the procedure.
Improvements: waited 2 hrs to see a doctor for an ill 7 ear old. There doesn't seem to be a priority system.
Perhaps a clinical to triage is required to ensure most in need are seen first. (111) never returned my call, disappointing service.

I felt confident in the care I get appointments "sometime" a problem etc phoning at 8 am.
