Care is good but having to ring on the day to make an appointment is annoying and difficult. I spent 10 mins this morning trying to get one. I came in yesterday but had to wait till today. Yet can book on net easily stupid!!!

Care, once an appointment is made is good - the appointment process leaves a lot to be desired and can surely be improved
