Dr Cooper is the most considerate doctor that I have had in years. He is easy to talk to and he explains everything in a clear and understanding way (no all medical jargon).

The nurses practitioner seems to be able to see you on time which is obviously better compared with some doctors who have you waiting a long time sometimes.
