Although I was the 9 am appointment it was still 10 mins behind time. Having said that, the nurse was skilled, quick and friendly. Blood taken without fuss or pain. Very good work. Although I was able to get an appointment to see a doctor very quickly, when he wanted me to have blood tests, it was very nearly a week before the first slot for the nurse. Is this really what the doctors want? I doubt it, which means it is a failure of management I suspect.
