Pleasant reception staff both on the telephone and at the desk. Nurse practitioner incredibly efficient, professional and thorough (never seen one before - feel very confident to request app with her again). (Thursday 4th May). Need for revisit: May 10th-G.P GP- Excellent - first time meeting very thorough. Pleasant, professional, very impressed.
