Really struggling with very painful infected cyst on back of my neck.A refusal was issued when enquired about it being drained .I did not like the doctors manner with me on the phone at all.This is an unusually painfull cyst with is affecting my work and sleep.The Doctor wasn't much help at all.I feel really let down by this Better manner

Have to wait extreme amount of time everytime I make and appointment this is extremely provocative and dishonest. If my appointment is at 3 I expect it to be at 3 not 20 to 4. Absolutely disgraceful. Would not recommend at all.
