Pleasant waiting room. Polite receptionists. My doctor is very helpful and sympathetic.
Its quite easy to get an appointment although the telephoning in the morning system could be improved as I imagine its difficult for some people.

Everything was really good except initially we could not get an appointment either on calling at 8am or 2pm, but an emergency appointment was fortunately offered.

I was seen by the diabetic nurse. I have a few problems apart from diabetes ans she was extremely helpful and understanding, giving good advice. She is very pleasant.
I would like to record the same for another nurse who sees me every 3/4 weeks for INR.
The receptionists too, are always helpful.
