While the name of the GP you are seeing does show up you book in electronically with so many locums in the surgery of late, it is easy to forget their name (as I did today). Can I suggest a white board is on show on the waiting room that shows the names of the GPS on duty at the time.

Good communication between patient, doctor and receptionist.
I read on the board that 74 patient and 17 hrs we lost in March, how do you let these 74 people know that is not good for resources?
