(1) Long wait for Dr. Wakely - absolutely brilliant doctor but never ever seen on time or anywhere near to the appointment time! (2) Availability of appointments - Very hard to get an appointment before or after work. (3) Online appointment service impossible - Password needs resetting every time. (4) Onscreen booking in for appointment does not work for doctors based upstairs.
