I have just moved into the area and joined this practice. I was so pleased to be seen within days. In Havering where I lived previously, I used to wait 3 weeks or more for an appointment. I had a blood test booked for yesterday and it was changed to today as the surgery receptionist called me yesterday and told me that I had baan booked in too late. I didn't mind as she apologised and mistakes happen. I had a blood test done by a friendly nurse and felt very happy with the treatment. I would definately reccomend this surgery to friends and family.
