Really poor service. Difficult to make appointment and when finally got one 3 weeks later at ripley arrived and had to wait 45 minutes with no communication. When finally saw doctor absolutely no acknowledgment or apology. The doctor was patronising and very dismissive. Offered advice for diabetic health check which did not want, rather than taking time to listen to rationale why got lectured on how much it would cost NHS if there was a problem and it was not picked up. I am not stupid and do not expect to be spoken to in such a condescending manner. I appreciate the doctors are incredibly busy and pressured but when did they stop listening to patients, very disappointed with her attitude. Really poor service from start to finish.
