I always get the best possible treatment when going to the surgery. The staff and doctors and nurse are always helpful and pleasant. I now do my ordering of repeat prescriptions on line and also book appointments which I find very effective.

I was aware on Sunday evening that I had a problem, so early Monday morning I phoned the surgery and explained that I looked after Grandchildren two days a week and thought I might have a contagious problem. I saw Dr Gordon that evening and the prompt diagnosis and medication I received that evening, I'm sure, lessened the effects of the illness. However, I was concerned towards the end of the week that things weren't improving as quickly as I thought they should be, so again I contacted the Surgery and I saw Dr Curry that afternoon who gave me further advice. At this appointment she also gave me my 'flu jab and took my BP saving me two more planned visits to the surgery,

I am very impressed with the service at this surgery. I've lived in the area for a number of years but only recently changed to this surgery after a period of living abroad and find the surgery much easier to contact and much easier to get an appointment with than my previous doctors. The staff are also friendly and welcoming.
