The doctor who we seen was lovely and always is, she always listens and prescribes what she thinks best. She always has our best interests at heart. Great service. The reception staff however are not helpful or good. They told me the pharmacist said Lewis does not need antibiotics even though I was stood next to the pharmacist and he said Lewis definitely does need antibiotics. Then when you speak to them on the phone I always feel like I’m inconveniencing them and they begrudge giving you an appointment. I feel they lack empathy. Such a shame as the doctors are lovely.

Teach the receptionists empathy and understanding for their patients.

As a person with an anxiety disorder and memory problems I found the whole experience very upsetting. I left the surgery in a than worse state then when I when. When I got home I was a total wreck. It was noted in my records that I was angry maybe I was on edge but this is because I am not at ease with any doctors at the moment.

Maybe give people with mental health issues a longer appointment time to enable them to be more at ease which would make the whole experience less stressful for them.

Can’t fault the Surgery, always available and helpful. Great parking facilities, Easy to book in and very short waiting time when I arrive.
