Amazing practice. Clinical team and the fantastic reception team. Why aren’t all surgeries as good???

Always had excellent help and advice from the reception staff. My treatment from the practice nurses and G.P.s has been first class. Everyone involved with my care have always been keen to help and offer advice.

Why are the phones switched off at 4.45 if the surgery is supposedly open until 6 or 7pm
