Staff are always polite and friendly. When I checked in at reception for my appointment with the nurse I was called for within a couple of minutes by a lovely pleasant nurse who came for me and introduced herself by name (Catherine).In the room she explained everything to me that I was having done and was so friendly and polite .Afterwards she informed me that I would receive my results by post .
