This Medical Centre is definitely one of the worse I have ever seen. After more than a year registered with them, the whole experience has been a nightmare and this last exemple convinced me to change GP as soon as possible. It's been now more than 2 months than I try to get an appointment for Travel vaccination as I leave in Sri Lanka beginning of August. - They are full the whole summer for this. - They sent me to a private clinic without telling me that all injections will cost a total of £400. - I called them back and complaint, so they got me another appointment in a public clinic. Result is: The clinic can't do my vaccinations as my GP booked a single appointment instead of double, which is required for this kind of treatment. We are mid-July, I am leaving in two weeks and thanks to them, I still don't have anything done and probably won't be able to do the Rabies as it needs three shots. Well done. Run away from this place.

I cannot commend the receptionists at HHR medical practice enough for the care they showed to me when I arrived at their door, desperate to see a doctor at short notice one Friday afternoon. I had been suffering terribly with a virus for a number of days and was getting progressively worse. Contacting them was a long shot, I was new to the area and hadn't even registered with the practice yet and yet they registered me urgently and arranged for a doctor to see me within the hour. The noticed that I was struggling in the waiting room and got me some water and were extremely kind and understanding throughout. They really went above and beyond to help me. When I saw the doctor, he was just lovely and was able to give me a prescription and put my mind at rest with minimum fuss. I am so glad that I joined them! My husband then signed up too and only this morning was seen by a doctor about an on-going problem. Other GPs had fobbed him off with tablets to manage the symptoms (which haven't been getting any better) but today, the GP at HHR medical took the time to listen and has now referred him for some exploratory tests to get to the root cause of the problem. Everything seems to be done more thoroughly at this practice. Five stars from us! Kind regards, D O'Reilly & N Grant.

Conflicting information from every employee I spoke with, appointment procedure very confusing and different depending what day and time you call. Staff abrupt and condescending and unhelpful, questioning unwanted.
