It can sometimes be tricky to get an apt but only because the clinicians are great

If possible the doors could be wider, my husband is in a wheelchair and it can be tricky to get him in some of the treatment rooms from the corridor

This is premature as the jury is still out and the questions are not all applicable to my consultation.Given Ryan's diagnosis of Arthritis in my left shoulder as opposed to Bicep tendinitis,and the fact that I have scoliosis at the top of my spine since a child I feel maybe I should have had an xray to confirm this. Ryan has given me neck exercises as he said that it could also be a problem coming from my spine.At the beginning of the consultation he discussed Steroids and pain killers, I said at this point I felt it was premature and also not bad enough .

Already mentioned as far as consultation concerned. I mentioned to Reception after, that on arrival the main doors were locked because of staff training, and no indication of where to go, I was about to leave thinking I had the date wrong, when another person turned up, we looked at side building but no signs of any sort,and decided to leave when luckily a patient came out, we went into the building and found Ryan and another Consultant.
