This visit was for COVID booster and booked via phone text. Very easy to use and the doctor giving injection was very pleasant efficient.

I used e-consult which worked seamlessly for me and has done so in the past

E-consult is a bit long winded if you still need help for an ongoing problem, for me my shoulder

It was covid clinic so I didn’t see receptionists. Also I didn’t have to ring for appointment as it was offered online

It was quick and the nurse was lovely

I am very impressed with the whole 'Covid' operation. The organisation was excellent, from making the online booking to receiving the jab from the extremely pleasant and efficient staff. All in all, it couldn't have been better.

Nothing to improve on, everything was spot on. Well done everyone involved.
