Sometimes it takes a long time to get through because of calls waiting & when you do to make an appointment with your GP you're told none for at least 2 weeks or more.
Surely you can put more staff answering the phones at busy times.
I understand that DR'S are busy but when I have been there the waiting room is almost empty.
I think you need to concentrate on DR'S seeing patients instead of so much telephone appointments because how can a Dr tell what's wrong without seeing you
The procedure of getting my COVID update was very easy,having received an invitation by text . I arrived a few minutes early for the injection and wa seen within five minutes. The nurse was friendly , professional and left within two minutes

Problem with booking appointments is the length of waiting time at busy periods. On rare occasions the phone has given the engaged tone.
