The receptionist was helpful when I made my appointment and suggested alternatives to seeing a doctor. That was appropriate and has worked well. But that was only because it would have taken more than two weeks to get an actual appointment.

I dont think you can - there are only so many hours in the day. My blood test was done efficiently and I’m very happy with the service I received. Keep doing what you do.

I was in pain and was told 2 weeks for an appointment. I am over 80 and. Insisted I needed to see Someone to find out what treatment was necessary. As always Michael was very helpful

Make allowances for age and people who do not overuse facility. I have never met my own doctor

I am very fortunate. Henfield Medical Centre must be one of the best in the country. It compares very favourably when compared to others when I discuss it with friends.
