Fairly straightforward on the telephone but did had to spend time in a queue

Blood test should have been available at the surgery rather than having to travel 10 miles to have one with the expense of travel and cost of parking.

Kind and time to listen. Found dirty tissues on the waiting room floor. Got an appointment after a moderate wait

May be clean ing checked, also the toilet wasn’t very clean

I was able to get an appt with a GP but had to wait 2 weeks

I had an initial earlier appt with a nurse practitioner. He organised blood tests but I was not contacted about the abnormal results, due to global data issues and power cut at the practice, which is completely understandable. I chased them up and got the tests redone. But still wasn't contacted about the new results. Although they were back to normal I should have been told this and what steps to take next. I had to make a new appt with the GP to get further investigations for Long COVID. Your nurse practitioners are absolutely brilliant but there seems to be a breakdown in communications sometimes?
