Often long queue on phone - up to 21 before me in one instance. But variable : last time just 2, calling very late morning (but not for an appointment).

Yes. Have better /different chairs in waiting area (for me, higher with arms) . Folk with mobility and joint issues need ‘easier’ seating. Use adjustable blocks/risers under chair legs maybe : see some other clinic waiting rooms, eg. Horder. Many chairs okay for very short people, but not cripple friendly!
