It was easy getting appointment but I had to wait For 2 weeks for it

Got there ahead of time but appointment ran 20 mins late.

It was my annual MOT and the nurse I saw was very personable and professional.

Nothing. I was seen on time and was treated very well.

Raised my problem on e-consult and received a response the same day. I was then offered an appointment. Smooth process to get an appointment. I then received good care from Michael, who understood my problem and prescribed an eye ointment and sent a link for dealing with blocked tear ducts

Doctor arranged for blood test appointment so didn’t have to book myself. The results were shown on my NHS app within 24 hours which was amazing. The nurse , Dawn, was so nice and made the blood taking painless.
