It's almost impossible to get an appointment. Once you do manage to get one, the care is excellent.
Just about everything was perfect, from an excellent team
I called around 10am and got through on the phone quickly, I wanted to see the nurse, I didn’t have much of a choice of appointments but I managed to get one booked within two weeks and the nurse was kind, caring and had a lovely bedside manner. Self check in at the surgery was quick and easy so no need to speak to reception
This was my year of care appointment and as usual I was happy with the service I received
It is difficult to make contact with the GP surgery. There is no email address to send information to. The test system used by the GP does not allow responses. When I call, I have to wait typically between 5 and 15 minutes in a telephone queue and often need to hang up and try later.
Also, I have had a recent experience where I was asked to provide some information by text. I duly did this and only found out it had not been received when I sent an econsult 2 months later to inform the GP that I had set up a private appt for my condition to make progress in my own. I then got another text saying they couldn’t progress the referral because they didn’t have my OSA form. I therefore had to do it again and resubmit on Econsult.
