Gave me lots of information about the problem with my knee, very helpful the surgery was spotless. Didn't need to speak to the receptionist but when I have called about certain issues they are great at trying to sort any problems out.
It was a mental health check for my son. Dr Chapman was very helpful and supportive and I feel like Arthur has more support coming his way and I have been provided with some good advice.
Felt listened to and understood - was a review of meds which are working really well so am v pleased with care I’ve received
They provide me with an appointment, I find it easy to reschedule
It can be difficult to get through on phone line as can be 6 in the Q. This is not a Criticism just a reflection of current demand, hard to hold this if you are at work.
When spoke reception in the practice they were polite but required to repeat reasoning to a second person, who then repeated my exact words to the original person I was talking to who was sat at nearest PC.
Would it help if just one person ran the desk or you have two openings??
