Appointment itself was great. Asthma nurse was caring and helped to make everything go smooth and listened to my concerns well. The receptionist didn't really seem interested and more annoyed that I dared to ask for an appointment (that I had been advised to do by the nurse I just saw). Not really impressed with the reception but the doctors themselves have been great.

Make it easier for me to actually get a follow up appointment as doing it through the reception just feels painful.

Took 25 minutes of being on hold to get through to reception to make appointment. Doctor was reassuring but clearly going as quick as they could in the appointment to move on to next patient. Felt very rushed sadly

Make you feel like the GP will be there for you when you need it

Dr Underwood is always very caring and explains everything in a way that is easy to understand.
