I don’t usually make a fuss when it comes to the doctors and only get in touch if I have something that is out of my own hands. But recently I have been referred with regards to a hernia, and went it with regards to a throat issue that has been on going. I addressed this issue some time before too with an Irish sounding doctor within my surgery to be made to feel stupid and like I am wasting their time. I was then answered by the same doctor again when I explained the same issue again. This issue is beginning to really frustrate me and I feel I am being forced to take private measures as the nhs simply aren’t interested ! Today I feel I have an ear infection and instantly feel frustrated as I know my gp won’t be interested. So I fear I am only left able to go to some sort of A and E… seems drastic but not being able to hear while looking after my 8 day old baby is not the most ideal situation to find yourself in.

Fiona is lovely explained everything really well, regarding appointments can hardly ever get one

I had to wait two weeks to get a appointment would of liked to have been able to make one sooner
